DexCom Data Manager® 3 Software
Download the latest management software
The SEVEN® PLUS Receiver stores up to 30 days of information, which
can be downloaded to your computer using DexCom Data Manager® software.
Using the Data Manager software, you can see short- and long-term trends and patterns,
as well as watch your improvements over time. DexCom Data Manager 3 (DM®3)
is the latest version of the DexCom Data Manager software and is replacing the previous
version, Data Manager 2 (DM2). DM3 works with all versions of SEVEN Receivers. Download
the new DM3 software by clicking the button below. Also download the DM3 Installation
Card & Help File for further instructions.

About DM3
This easy-to-use software allows you to see patterns, which helps you understand
the impact that food, exercise, and medication have on your glucose levels. The
software creates customizable charts to clearly display your glucose trends over
time. Change the date ranges to view longer periods of time or hone in to pinpoint
areas. Use data from current and previous SEVEN PLUS Receiver downloads and save
or print files that you can take to your next doctor visit. Also, DM3 has new features
that are designed to enhance its convenience, simplicity, and performance. Reports
have been improved and new reports have been created.

New features
One of the new reports is the Success Report. The Success Report is a handy snapshot
of how you're doing. It conveniently summarizes the most important information and
creates a printable report to show your improvements and successes over time. DexCom
is the only one with a report that can compare two periods of time, all within the
same report, so you can compare the past to today. The best part is that it's fun
to see your continued improvement and success over time.
DM3 also has a convenient new Home Screen, giving you quick access to all the available
report screens — all with the simple click of a button. Another handy new feature
is Quick Print. With Quick Print, you can easily customize your printable reports
and save your favorite reports as the default.
With the SEVEN PLUS, you can enter meal, insulin, health, and activity information.
These events can be reviewed later with the DM3 software. A1c values can also be
entered in the software for tracking and viewing improvements as you use your SEVEN.
This information can help you and your diabetes management team review this event
information along with your glucose trends and patterns to help you make more informed
decisions about your diabetes management plan.
Compatibility and replacing DM2
The DM3 software program works with all versions of SEVEN Receivers. During DM3
installation, if you have an earlier version of Data Manager installed and running
on your computer, you may be asked to uninstall the program. But don't worry, doing
this will NOT delete any of your previously stored downloads or information.
Some computers will not ask you to delete the DM2 program — it depends on your computer
settings.

Extra considerations
If using a 64-bit OS on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, the .NET application
must be manually installed. If running Microsoft Vista OS, you will need to run
the software using "Administration Privileges". To do this, follow these steps:
- Install DM3 by clicking the download button at the top of this page or from the
DM3 CD that comes in the new SEVEN PLUS starter kits
- From the Start menu, right-click on the DM3 icon

- Select "Run as Administrator" from the drop-down menu
Note: Some versions of Vista may not follow the above process. If this is the case,
when you first attach your Receiver to download, you will be prompted to manually
install a driver.
- * DexCom does not provide troubleshooting for Mac compatibility
issues.
