It means you are keeping your glucose levels within your target range to avoid highs and lows. Simply set and adjust your own target zones. Staying within this range is as easy as glancing at your Receiver screen to see where you're headed and how quickly you're moving. Alerts can notify you when your glucose is outside your target. You can also set customized alerts to be notified when your levels are rising or dropping quickly so that you can make adjustments.
