Dexcom U continues to elevate athletes managing diabetes, showcasing how CGM technology like Dexcom G7 can empower them to perform at their best—both on and off the field. These student-athletes compete at the highest level in their sports while serving as powerful ambassadors for our unique NIL program. We’re thrilled to unveil the 13 exceptional collegiate athletes selected for the 2025 Dexcom U Class.

Ali Ramadan
School: Creighton University

Ali Ramadan is a senior and D1 soccer player at Creighton University. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2022, he uses Dexcom G7 to stay on top of his game. Ali is passionate about showing young athletes that T1D isn’t the end—it’s a new beginning.
Anya Tribune
School: Gardner-Webb University

Anya Tribune is a sophomore at Gardner-Webb University studying ASL Interpretation and Coaches Education. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 4, she’s driven by a love for sports, growth, and helping others. Anya aims to become a certified interpreter and youth soccer coach, showing that diabetes doesn’t limit her goals.
Ari Long
School: University of Oregon

Ari Long is a junior playing basketball at the University of Oregon. She’s lived with Type 1 diabetes for years and manages it with determination. Off the court, she enjoys thrifting, golfing, movies, and time with loved ones—never letting diabetes stand in the way of her goals.
Ben Mirisch
School: University of Southern California

Ben Mirisch is a sophomore legal studies major and athlete with big dreams. Inspired by Kobe Bryant, he’s chasing a national title while living fully with Type 1 diabetes. Backed by Dexcom CGM, Ben empowers young athletes to pursue sports and life goals—proving that challenges don’t define you, they drive you.
Breanna Corral-Vargas
School: Hawaii Pacific University

Breanna (Bre) Corral is a senior at Hawaii Pacific University, competing in Acrobatics and Tumbling. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in elementary school, she’s learned resilience and balance as a student-athlete. Passionate about wellness and diabetes advocacy, Bre shares her journey to inspire others and prove that T1D doesn’t limit big dreams.
Caleb Fauria
School: University of Delaware

Caleb Fauria, a 2024 Colorado grad, is finishing his final football season at the University of Delaware. Managing Type 1 diabetes as an athlete has been challenging, but Dexcom G7 has helped him stay on track. He’s grateful for the support and excited to keep pushing forward in both academics and athletics.
Clarke Byram
School: University of Tennessee, Knoxville

Clarke Byram is a sophomore at Tennessee and lifelong athlete. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 3, he’s balanced sports and T1D with resilience. Since age 10, Dexcom CGM has helped him manage diabetes more easily, giving him the freedom to focus on competition, lifting, and fishing—his favorite way to unwind.
Isaac Traudt
School: Creighton University

Isaac Traudt is a senior power forward on the Creighton Men’s Basketball team. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 4, he now uses Dexcom CGM to manage his glucose levels. Isaac says Dexcom G7 helps him stay on top of his game and compete in the sport
he loves.
