My 10-day sensor session is going to end soon, and I want to change my sensor early. Can I change the sensor now?
The Dexcom ONE+ sensor is indicated to be worn for up to 10 days, plus a 12-hour grace period at the end. You can replace your sensor sooner. For that, you must end the Dexcom ONE+ sensor session or grace period before you start a new sensor.
You can end it in one of two ways:
- Automatically, when the grace period ends (you will get an alert letting you know)
- Manually, before the grace period ends
Automatically: End sensor when grace period ends
1. At the end of the grace period, you will get the Start New Sensor alert
