How Do I Turn On My Receiver?

To turn on the display for your Dexcom® SEVEN® PLUS, attempt one of the following:

  • Hold down any button for 5 seconds on the Receiver.
  • Plug the Receiver into the charger.
  • In the event the other methods do not work, plug the Receiver in to the charger and use a paperclip to press the button in the back of the receiver. This will reboot the receiver.
