Why am I Not Receiving Notifications?

If you are not receiving notifications, one of the following may be the issue:

  • Ensure your low, urgent low or high notifications are turned on.
  • Check the delay setting for the notifications. If the delay is a value other than 0, you must be below (or above) the threshold for that amount of time before a notification is sent.
  • Your Sharer may not be sharing their glucose.
  • You may have chosen to disable all Dexcom Follow notifications.
  • You may have chosen to turn off notifications.
  • You may have an issue with an internet connection.
  • Dexcom SHARE server may be down.
