If you enter events such as calibrations or exercise on both your receiver and your smart device, then both the receiver and the smart device must be uploaded to Dexcom CLARITY to show complete data and accurate statistics. Smart device entries take about 3 hours after the event is entered in the Dexcom G5 Mobile app. Receiver entries appear immediately once uploaded.
