Coronavirus Update from Dexcom

At Dexcom, we are tracking the Coronavirus situation closely with three key priorities in mind: keeping our employees safe; serving our patients; and doing what we can to minimize the spread in our community.

As many are aware, the State of California recently issued a stay-at-home mandate. As a healthcare organization, Dexcom is defined as an “essential business” and, thus, is exempted from the mandate. To date, we have not encountered any interruptions that would have an impact on Dexcom’s ability to produce and supply product. However, we are limited in our ability to answer live calls and wait times on the phone will be significantly longer than usual.

FOR ORDERING: We will continue to process orders as we always have. At this time, to ensure supply continuity for all customers, we will not be processing additional orders for supplies outside of what is covered by your insurance. We ask that you please only contact the Customer Sales Support team for urgent requests at this time.
