*Data on File, 2022
Partnering with 14 college athletes from across the nation living with diabetes, this program aims to inspire the diabetes community, further educate coaches, teachers, and support teams, and continue to spread awareness to the public about athletics and diabetes.
While these athletes compete at the highest collegiate level, they represent a larger community of Warriors passionate about their place on the field, court, or track. Beyond student athletes, they are team players, mentors, students, friends and family – and they want to help show the world that living with diabetes doesn’t have to hold you back from reaching your goals.
This is the first inaugural class of athletes, but it’s just the beginning. A new class of athletes will be given the same opportunity as athletes graduate and roster spots open up on the DexcomU team.
