UK PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is Dexcom (UK) Distribution Limited of 1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, Scotland EH3 5DA (the “Promoter”).

2. THE PRIZE DRAW
The title of the prize draw is Nick Jonas Album Giveaway.

3. HOW TO ENTER
The prize draw will run from 9am GBT Monday 11th May 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 6 pm GBT on Monday 18th May 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

3.1 All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 6pm GBT on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
To enter the prize draw:
3.1.1 Like the competiton post on Instagram
3.1.2 Tag three friends in the comments of the competition’s Instagram post who might like to enter
No purchase or marketing opt-in necessary and there is no charge to enter the prize draw.
3.2 The Promoter will not accept:
responsibility for prize draw entries that are not successfully completed or lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
3.2.1 proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
4.1.1 employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

4.1.2 employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration;
4.1.3 employees of Meta Platforms Inc., Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, or either of their holding or subsidiary companies (“Meta”)); any individual (with a clinical or non-clinical role; whether a government official, or employee or representative of a government agency or other public or private sector organisation; including but not limited to, healthcare professionals, physicians, nurses, technicians, laboratory scientists. researchers, research co-ordinators or procurement professionals) that in the course of their professional activities may directly or indirectly purchase, lease, recommend, administer, use, supply, procure or determine the purchase or lease of, or who may prescribe health technologies or related services necessary to make medical device available for use; or
4.1.4 members of the immediate families or households of (a), (b) or (c) above.
4.2 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:
4.3.1 automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
4.3.2 completed by third parties or in bulk;
illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or incomplete.
4.3.3 There is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.4 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
5. THE PRIZE
There will be three (3) winners. The winner will receive 1 (one), signed vinyl copy of Nick Jonas’ new album Sunday Best (the “Prize”) worth £32.99.
5.1 Prizes are subject to availability. The Prize is non-refundable and non-changeable. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize or hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Prize is not negotiable and non transferable.
The winner will be notified via Instagram by Wednesday 20th May 2026 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the
3 Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6. WINNERS
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted by a random computer process under the supervision of an independent observer. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, via private message using the username provided with the prize draw entry.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the username of the prize winners on Instagram at @DexcomUKIE on Friday 22nd May 2026 (“Announcement Date”).
6.1 If you object to any or all your username and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
7.1 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 14 days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by following condition 5.4. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.2 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law:
8.1.1 the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected; and
8.1.2 you agree to release and hold harmless Meta from any liability or loss howsoever arising under or in connection with the prize draw.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy. See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
10. GENERAL
The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
