Where do I insert my Dexcom ONE+ sensor?
All Dexcom ONE+ users can insert their sensors on their abdomen or the back of their upper arms.
What is a sensor code and why do I need one?
A pairing code allows you to connect the sensor to the phone and/or receiver via Bluetooth. Without it, the system won’t function.
How do I set up and use Dexcom ONE+ alerts?
Dexcom ONE+ gives you the option of turning on alerts when you set up your system. You just follow the prompts on your screen. If you want to turn on or change your alerts after setup, go to Profile > Alerts.

Is my smartphone compatible with the Dexcom ONE+ app?
A variety of iOS and Android smart devices are compatible with the Dexcom ONE+ app. To view a list of compatible smart devices, visit dexcom.com/compatibility.
What if my smartphone is NOT compatible with Dexcom ONE+?
If your smart device is not compatible with the Dexcom ONE+ app, you may use a Dexcom ONE+ receiver as your display device.
