Can the sensor be restarted after 10 days?

No. The new Dexcom G6 CGM system is designed to eliminate the need for fingerprick calibrations* and can be used for 10 days without restart.
*If your glucose alerts and readings from the G6 do not match symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions.
