Why was I asked to update my Dexcom Follow app?

When you log in to the new Follow app with your Dexcom account, any existing sharers (where invitations were sent to the same email address as your login email) will be automatically matched, and data will populate within 1 minute.​

What happens to my data when I move to the new Follow app?

 We encourage you to upgrade to the latest version soon. Contact Tech Support 1300 851 056 for assistance with the upgrade process.​ 

Will my existing Follow app continue to be supported?

Yes, you can choose which glucose notifications you receive for each Sharer. Changes to settings in the Follow app do not affect the Sharer&#x27;s CGM settings.

Can I customize notification settings?

No, the new Follow app will automatically import your sharers during the onboarding process, as long as you login with the same email address.

I use the Follow app. Do I need to re-connect with the people I follow?
