Is there any difference between Dexcom ONE+ app and Dexcom ONE+ receiver?

The Dexcom ONE+ receiver is a dedicated medical device. The app is not, but both the receiver and the app provide:
  • Current glucose information
  • An integrated Clarity card for glucose reports
  • Customisable glucose alerts
