Cancel Anytime Terms and Conditions

  1. You may choose monthly or quarterly subscription of DexCom Products on the DexCom Store.
  2. The prices of DexCom Products are indicated on the DexCom Store. The total price of your subscription ("Subscription Fees") depends on the number of DexCom Products ordered, term of your subscription (monthly or quarterly) and the shipping method selected. You may see the Subscription Fees for the subscribed DexCom Products at the checkout of your first order.
  3. Unless you cancel the subscription on your account in the DexCom Store, the Subscription Fees will be automatically charged and payments processed on the selected term (monthly or quarterly, depending on the type of subscription) from your payment card listed on your account in the DexCom Store.
  4. By accepting these Cancel Anytime Terms and Conditions, you authorise DexCom to charge your payment card for all payable Subscription Fees. You further authorize DexCom to use a third party to process payments.
  5. Subscription Fees will be deducted from your payment card before the shipment of the DexCom Products.
  6. You can change the shipment dates on your account in the DexCom Store. The Subscription Fee would be postponed accordingly and deducted before the changed shipment date.
  7. You have the right to cancel the subscription at any time. Your subscription will expire immediately after you cancel the subscription on your account in the DexCom Store. Cancellation must be made before the shipment of Dexcom Products shipment is made. After cancellation, we will not charge the Subscription Fees or make any further shipments of the DexCom Products until you make a new subscription.
  8. If you cancel your subscription after the shipment of the DexCom Products was made, returns and refunds are subject to the Return Policy.
  9. If the subscription is not cancelled, and the payment card may not be charged for any reasons whatsoever, the shipment of DexCom Products will not be made until you make a corresponding payment. You will be informed on the failure to deduct payments from your payment card by email.
  10. If for reasons beyond DexCom’s control it is not possible to deduct the full Subscription Fee from your payment card in accordance with clause 3 above, DexCom, will attempt another deduction after 24 hours. If settlement is still not possible after 24 hours, DexCom will wait 14 days for a new payment to be provided for automatic tender. If a successful settlement is still not possible after 14 days, DexCom will cancel your subscription and inform you by email.
  11. If you wish to change your subscription, e.g., add/ or remove DexCom Products, change the term (monthly or quarterly) or shipment method, you must cancel your previous subscription first. You may subscribe for different options thereafter on your account in the DexCom Store. The new subscription will become applicable to further Subscription Fees deducted from your payment card and deliveries of the DexCom Products.
  12. The capitalised words used in these Cancel Anytime Terms and Conditions have the same meaning as set forth in Terms of Use which you have accepted by using (including accessing) any DexCom Product, DexCom Service or Software App or by clicking "accept" to the Terms of Use.
  13. YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH INFORMATION IN A CLEAR AND COMPREHENSIBLE MANNER AND BY TICKING THE FIELD “I HEREBY CONSENT TO THE CANCEL ANYTIME TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FROM YOUR PAYMENT CARD ON A REOCCURRING BASIS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE.
