My patient is having trouble with the Direct to Watch connectivity, what should I tell them?
If your patient is having trouble with Direct to Watch, please have them reach out to Dexcom Technical Support for product troubleshooting or replacement inquiries.

How do patients share data with my clinic?
If your clinic has a Dexcom CLARITY account, add the patient to your patient list, then click Share data to view, print, or email a share invitation.
Why do I need to change my clinic user password?
Dexcom CLARITY follows industry security standards and password expirations are a best practice
How do I save or print reports?
You can save or print all reports from Dexcom CLARITY for up to 90 days of data
Can I export raw data?
Yes. Dexcom CLARITY has the option to export data as a CSV file viewable in Excel.

Accessing CGM for my patients
How do I access CGM funding for my pregnant patients with type 1 diabetes?
All pregnant women in England, Wales and Scotland with type 1 diabetes should be offered CGM to help improve neonatal outcomes.
Which patients can benefit from Dexcom G6?
Dexcom G6 is suitable for anyone with diabetes over the age of 2 years, including pregnant patients. It can be worn by patients who use a pump and by those on multiple daily injections.
Is there funding available for Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)?
Although continuous glucose monitors such as the Dexcom G6 are not offered routinely in the UK to all people with type 1 diabetes there is local guidance criteria across the UK for accessing CGM.
How cost effective is Dexcom G6?
A long-term health economic analysis was performed to establish the cost-effectiveness for funding of the Dexcom G6 versus fingerstick testing.
