Why was I asked to update my Dexcom Follow app?
The latest Follow release contains important updates to the app that improve user experience and enable Dexcom to better serve its customers.
Why am I not seeing data in Dexcom Clarity or in my third-party application?
In order to receive and see your Dexcom CGM data in Dexcom Clarity and your third-party apps and devices (e.g. Glooko app), please ensure the following settings:
Can I customize notification settings?
Yes, you can choose which glucose notifications you receive for each Sharer. Changes to settings in the Follow app do not affect the Sharer’s CGM settings.
Will I receive notifications if the Follow app is closed?
Yes, you get Follow notifications when the app is closed.
Using the Dexcom CGM App
How do I share my G6 glucose data with followers?
Dexcom Share is a feature within the G6 app that allows for remote monitoring. One person, (the Sharer) may share their CGM data with another person (the Follower).
