What if my smartphone is NOT compatible with Dexcom ONE+?

If your smart device is not compatible with the Dexcom ONE+ app, you may use a Dexcom ONE+ receiver as your display device.
Before upgrading your smart device or its operating system, check dexcom.com/compatibility. If your device is not compatible, you may not be able to download the Dexcom ONE+ app, or it may not work properly. Automatic updates of the app or your device operating system can change settings or shut down the app. Always update manually and verify correct device settings afterward. To do this please follow the instructions to turn off automatic updates:
iPhone
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Software Update.
  4. Turn off Automatic Updates.
Android.
  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Software Update.
  3. Tap the gear cog.
  4. Tap Auto Download & Install.
  5. Tap Do Not Allow.
