Can I use my mobile number to reset my password or retrieve my user ID?

No. All Dexcom users create a unique user ID when they set up their account. Your user ID determines whether you will get a verification code by email or text message. Currently, everyone using Dexcom ONE has one of two types of user ID: Email or username. This means your account can be verified by email only.
