I am using the Dexcom ONE app. How do I switch to Dexcom ONE+ app?

Dexcom ONE+ system has its own unique app, which you will need to install. Please follow the instructions below.
  1. Stop your current Dexcom ONE sensor session (or wait until it runs out)
  2. Remove your sensor and transmitter
  3. Delete the Dexcom ONE app from your phone and restart your phone.
  4. Search Dexcom ONE+ app in your App or Play Store and install it.
  5. Follow the instructions on screen to set up the app and start your new Dexcom ONE+ sensor.
