Yes. If you currently use the Dexcom G5¬†Mobile Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System and have downloaded the Dexcom G5 Mobile app, then you have already created a Dexcom account and should use this to log in to Clarity

Do I need a Dexcom account to access Dexcom Clarity?

It is possible to use both a smart device and a receiver to provide CGM data. The smart device system streams data to the Clarity server, where that data is made available for reports after three hours. 

Can I use both a receiver and smart device with Dexcom Clarity?

Any event that is entered into your CGM will show up on Dexcom Clarity graphs when your data is updated from your Dexcom G5 Mobile CGM System or you upload your receiver to Clarity.

Will events entered into my CGM receiver show up in Dexcom Clarity?

At this time, there is no mechanism to import the data from Dexcom STUDIO into Dexcom Clarity. Data stored in Dexcom STUDIO will continue to be viewable within Dexcom STUDIO.

How do I access past data from Dexcom STUDIO?

The smartphone system sends data to the Dexcom server, where that data is made available for reports.

How does Dexcom Clarity get my data?

Daily statistics are calculated values for the individual day of the week over the date range selected. 

How are the Daily and Hourly Statistics calculated?

For every release, a notification banner is posted at the top of the Dexcom Clarity on the day of the release.

What are the computer and software requirements for Dexcom Clarity?

Under the Devices section of Dexcom Clarity&#x27;s Overview page you will find the alert settings and last upload for the device. These settings are for your reference and are separate from Dexcom Clarity settings.

Does Dexcom Clarity have information about my receiver or smart device?

The Clarity User Guide can be found and printed from the Clarity Help menu. Your local Dexcom representative can also provide a printed copy.

Where can I obtain a printed version of the Dexcom Clarity user guide?

Yes, G6 does work with Clarity. Patients will not need to register again. If you are already sharing with your clinic, the clinic will not need to reconnect.

Will Dexcom Clarity work with G6?

Clinics can easily send email invitations to patients. All you have to do is accept the email invitation by entering the code provided in the invite from your physician or clinic. Then you will be linked to your physician&#x27;s office. 

How can I share information with my doctor? 

If you upload your receiver to the Clarity home user account, you can share your home user account data with your health care provider. Your clinic will need to give you a sharing invitation via email or printed invitation to initiate sharing. 

How can I share my data using a Dexcom Receiver?

Who should I contact if I have questions regarding Dexcom Clarity?

Go to https://Clarity.dexcom.eu from an internet browser with internet connection. Review Clarity&#x27;s list of computer and internet requirements if needed.

How do I get to Dexcom Clarity?

The Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) is a licensed, standardized glucose report created by the International Diabetes Center (IDC). 

What is the AGP Report?

When the low utilization filter is applied, days with less than 50% CGM data capture will display.

What is a low utilization day?

Time in Range is the percentage of time that glucose levels are in low, target and high ranges. Dexcom Clarity displays time in range from both daytime and nighttime ranges. 

How are ranges defined for Time in Range?

In order to receive and see your Dexcom CGM data in Dexcom Clarity and your third-party apps and devices 

Why am I not seeing data in Dexcom Clarity or in my third-party application?

Login issues can be caused by having the incorrect country or region selected in your smartphone settings. 

Why do I see &quot;username or password are incorrect&quot; when I try to log into the Dexcom Clarity app on my smartphone? 

In Dexcom Clarity, use the Settings page to customize data display and sharing.
