I use Dexcom G6. How do I reset my password?

First, you need to know your user ID. It's either:  
  • A username you chose
  • Your email  
You must enter the correct user ID to reset your password. If you aren’t sure what type of user ID you have, this chart may help.

Your user ID is a username if:
  • You are below legal age,
OR
  • You created your account before August 2021 (any age).
Your user ID is your email if:
1. You created your Dexcom account after August 2021.
AND
2. You are above legal age.
AND
3. You verified your Dexcom account with a code sent via email.
Once you have your user ID, you can reset your password.
Instructions
  1. Go to the login screen. 
  2. Select Forgot your username or password?  
  3. Enter your user ID. 
  4. Select Send code.  We’ll send a code to the email address used to create the account. This safety measure helps protect your personal information.  
  1. Enter the code and select Confirm.
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password. 
     
    Note: If you’re below legal age, the code will go to the email of the adult who created the account.
