Dexcom NDAM 2025 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States except residents of Arizona, who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited. Healthcare professionals, federal healthcare participants, and Dexcom employees are not eligible to win.
2. Entry: To enter, the person must complete the giveaway form at Dexcom.com/wdd. All actions must be completed by the deadline specified in the Giveaway announcement. Entries will be declared invalid if the entrants are ineligible. Only one entry is allowed per person. By submitting an entry, you agree to the contest rules.
3. Ownership: By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Dexcom ownership of all submissions without any additional compensation, including the rights to use, modify, and distribute the submissions.
4. Instagram Information: Each entrant agrees to completely release Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and acknowledges that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Hydroflask, or Gibson.
5. Prizes: One [1] grand prize winner will receive one [1] Gibson SG Special - Vintage Cherry, Solidbody Electric Guitar with Mahogany Body, Mahogany Neck, Rosewood Fingerboard, and 2 Single-coil Pickups - Vintage Cherry, 5lbs 13oz, signed by Nick Jonas, one [1] Dexcom dad hat, and one [1] Hydroflask tumbler cup, for a total value at ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY USD ($1,790). Six [6] secondary winners will receive one [1] Dexcom cooler backpack [1] Hydroflask tumbler cup and one [1] Dexcom dad hat for a total value of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY USD ($150). A prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash, unless required by local law. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. Dexcom reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion.
6. Choosing a Winner: Seven [7] winners will be chosen by putting the usernames of entrants into an electronic randomizer.
7. Notification: The winners will be announced on the Dexcom social media channels by December 2, 2025 and contacted via Instagram DM or email. Winners must claim prize within 10 days of the December 2, 2025 announcement.
8. Limitation of Liability: Dexcom is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Dexcom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the giveaway without prior notice.
9. Release and Indemnification: Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexcom, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies; the employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of each of the foregoing; and the personal representatives and assigns of the foregoing from any claims, demands, payments, actions, or causes of action for damages, loss or injury, arising as a result of my participating in the Giveaway and accepting the prize, which I or my personal representatives or assigns may now or hereafter have.
10. Compliance with Laws: The Giveaway will be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and Dexcom will not discriminate against any entrants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
11. Taxation: Winners are responsible for reporting their winnings based on federal and state tax requirements.
12. Acceptance; Publicity: Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Giveaway Rules. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name and Giveaway submission in any online and offline promotional and marketing materials related to the Giveaway.
