  1. Talk to your VA doctor about the Dexcom CGM System
    Verify your eligibility for a Dexcom CGM System with your doctor.
  2. Get your prescription
    Ask your doctor to e-prescribe the Dexcom CGM directly to your participating Veterans Affairs (VA) pharmacy. The VA pharmacy staff will fulfill the prescription and follow up with you if needed.
  3. Obtain your Dexcom CGM System
    Pick up your Dexcom CGM System or arrange for a home delivery option through participating pharmacies if available.
  4. Refill Dexcom supplies
    Continue to reorder ongoing Dexcom CGM supplies at a VA pharmacy.
