The Dexcom CGM system is compatible with Android 10 with the following settings disabled on your mobile device.

For Alarm/Alerts to work as expected:

• Please make sure the mobile device operating system (OS) Battery Optimization is set to OFF for the Dexcom app
• Do not use the new OS 10 Pause feature with the Dexcom app
• Set mobile device OS Automatic Updates setting to OFF
  
  

Dexcom app may not work as expected if battery optimization, Pause, or OS automatic updates are ON. Always manually update device OS, then open Dexcom app to verify it’s working correctly.
