A variety of iOS and Android smart devices are compatible with the Dexcom ONE app. To view a list of compatible smart devices, visit dexcom.com/compatibility. Select your phone type and model to verify compatibility with the Dexcom ONE app.

Please check the Dexcom compatibility chart before installing a new iOS or Android OS version on your smart device and before acquiring a new phone for use with your Dexcom ONE CGM System. It may take several weeks or more for Dexcom to complete testing on the latest OS versions. If necessary, update the Dexcom app to be fully compatible with the latest OS version.

If your smart device is not compatible with the Dexcom ONE app, you may use a Dexcom ONE Receiver (mmol) as your display device. Dexcom ONE receivers are available for purchase in the Dexcom ONE Shop.
