Each sensor session lasts up to 10 days with a 12-hour grace period at the end. The grace period gives you more time to replace your sensor, so you can do it when it&#x27;s convenient for you.

How do I replace my sensor and start a new sensor session?

What is optional calibration?

Dexcom ONE+ gives you the option of turning on alerts when you set up your system. You just follow the prompts on your screen. If you want to turn on or change your alerts after setup, go to Profile &gt; Alerts.

Each year we assess whether to keep supporting older Operating Systems (OS) for Dexcom apps. 

Why am I being asked to update my phone&#x27;s operating system (OS) to continue getting Dexcom app updates?

There are several reasons you may not receive expected notifications. In your Follow app: Check your Sharer&#x27;s glucose notifications. Turn on the ones you want.

For every release, a notification banner is posted at the top of the Dexcom Clarity on the day of the release.

Yes, you can check your CGM on your wrist! The Android app supports Android Wear watches to discreetly view your glucose reading, trend arrow, and trend graph.

Can I view my Dexcom CGM data on an Android Wear watch?

This icon means the transmitter and the sensor are not communicating.

Yes, you get Follow notifications when the app is closed.

Will I receive notifications if the Follow app is closed?

Turn your smart device sideways. The landscape view lets you see up to the last 24 hours of sensor readings and, if you entered Events, your Event markers.

How do I get a recap of my last 24 hours on my smart device?

We are always adding (and in this case removing) new phones to/from our compatibility list.

Are there any devices that are compatible with G5 that are not compatible with G6?

Daily statistics are calculated values for the individual day of the week over the date range selected.

How are the Daily and Hourly Statistics calculated?

When the low utilization filter is applied, days with less than 50% CGM data capture will display.

Clinics can easily send email invitations to patients. All you have to do is accept the email invitation by entering the code provided in the invite from your physician or clinic.

How can I share information with my doctor? 

You have consented to share your data with Dexcom during or after account set-up, and consented to sharing with compatible connected applications or devices.

Why am I not seeing data in Dexcom Clarity or in my third-party application?

At this time, there is no mechanism to import the data from Dexcom STUDIO into Dexcom Clarity.
