The Dexcom ONE+ sensor is indicated to be worn for up to 10 days, plus a 12-hour grace period at the end. You can replace your sensor sooner.

All Dexcom ONE+ users can insert their sensors on their abdomen or the back of their upper arms. People ages 2 to 6 years old can also choose their upper buttocks

The Followers List shows the status of your Followers and lets you invite new ones.

Can my Followers customise notifications?

Your Follower can customize notifications. For example, they can change their settings so they know when you go below 3.9 mmol/L for more than 30 minutes.

I received a Brief Sensor Issue Alert. What does this mean?

Your sensor is temporarily unable to measure glucose.

What does the Signal Loss alert mean?

Your display device may be too far from your sensor or there may be something, such as a wall or water, between your sensor and your display device.

What happens if my sensor insertion causes bleeding?

Can I shower or swim while wearing my Dexcom CGM?

Once inserted, your Dexcom ONE+ sensor is waterproof up to 2.4 meters.

Is the Dexcom ONE+ receiver water-resistant?

No, the Dexcom ONE+ receiver is not water-resistant. Keep it dry at all times.

I lost my Dexcom ONE+ sensor code. What do I do?

You need the pairing code to use your Dexcom ONE+ system.

How much memory does the Dexcom ONE+ receiver have?

The Dexcom ONE+ receiver can store 180 days’ worth of data. We recommend uploading your receiver data to your Clarity account at least once every 3 months to make sure all your data is saved.
