What is the difference between a Dexcom CGM sensor glucose reading and blood glucose value (BGV)?
Dexcom CGM systems measure the glucose levels in the interstitial fluids just beneath your skin.

Replacing your Dexcom ONE+ sensor
My 10-day sensor session is going to end soon, and I want to change my sensor early. Can I change the sensor now?
The Dexcom ONE+ sensor is indicated to be worn for up to 10 days, plus a 12-hour grace period at the end. You can replace your sensor sooner.
How do I replace my sensor and start a new sensor session?
Each sensor session lasts up to 10 days with a 12-hour grace period at the end.
Setting Up your Dexcom ONE+ system
Where do I insert my Dexcom ONE+ sensor
All Dexcom ONE+ users can insert their sensors on their abdomen or the back of their upper arms. People ages 2 to 6 years old can also choose their upper buttocks
How do I set up and use Dexcom ONE+ alerts?
Dexcom ONE+ gives you the option of turning on alerts when you set up your system.
What is a sensor code and why do I need one?
When you start a new sensor, you must enter a code into your display device to use the G6 without fingerstick calibrations.
Sharing Dexcom ONE+ with Followers
How do I see my Follower’s status?
The Followers List shows the status of your Followers and lets you invite new ones.
Can my Followers customise notifications?
Your Follower can customize notifications. For example, they can change their settings so they know when you go below 3.9 mmol/L for more than 30 minutes.
How do I set up Share and invite Followers?
To set up Share, tap the Share icon on your app home screen.
What do my Followers see?
To see up to the last 24 hours of Sharer readings turn the smart device on its side (landscape).

I received a Brief Sensor Issue Alert. What does this mean?
Your sensor is temporarily unable to measure glucose.
What does the Signal Loss alert mean?
Your display device may be too far from your sensor or there may be something, such as a wall or water, between your sensor and your display device.
What happens if my sensor insertion causes bleeding?
Should the sensor be replaced if bleeding occurs?

Can I shower or swim while wearing my Dexcom CGM?
Once inserted, your Dexcom ONE+ sensor is waterproof up to 2.4 meters.
Is the Dexcom ONE+ receiver water-resistant?
No, the Dexcom ONE+ receiver is not water-resistant. Keep it dry at all times.
I lost my Dexcom ONE+ sensor code. What do I do?
You need the pairing code to use your Dexcom ONE+ system.
How much memory does the Dexcom ONE+ receiver have?
The Dexcom ONE+ receiver can store 180 days’ worth of data. We recommend uploading your receiver data to your Clarity account at least once every 3 months to make sure all your data is saved.

The Dexcom insertion needle in all of our products is made of 304 stainless steel which includes 10% medical grade nickel.
How do I find my sensor readings and glucose trend screen in my app?
