I am a parent or caregiver and cannot see my child’s or dependent’s orders
Please log in with the username and password that you are using for your Dexcom app or Dexcom Clarity.
Check in the Profile section whether if your dependent is included in your online account. Please check that all your child or dependent’s details are correct, otherwise the system will not be able to find the orders.
If you have created a Dexcom app or Dexcom Clarity account for your child or dependent with a with a different date of birth, please update the data of birth and then add them as a dependant in your online account. You can update the date of birth in the Dexcom app, in Dexcom Clarity or in their online account on the website.
