I logged in to Dexcom Clarity for the first time, why is there no data in there?
When logging in to Dexcom Clarity for the first time, there will be limited data depending on when the account was created. Going forward, data will continue to build as it is uploaded to Dexcom Clarity.
If you created a Dexcom Clarity account separate from your Dexcom G6 account, also known as your Dexcom account, your Dexcom Clarity account will be empty. You must use the same username and password as your Dexcom G6 Mobile account to access your data in Dexcom Clarity.
