How do I end my sensor session early for Dexcom G7, Dexcom ONE and Dexcom ONE+?
App Users
1. Open the Dexcom app
2. Go to the connections tab.
- Click “Stop Sensor” or “Replace Sensor.”
- If starting a new sensor session immediately, use Replace Sensor
- If you will be waiting to start a new sensor session, use Stop Sensor
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to end the session.
- Once you stop the session, you will not be able to restart it.
4. Remove the old sensor from your body.
5. Insert a new sensor and start a new session as prompted.
6. You will need your new sensor code (found on the sensor applicator or on the sensor packaging label).
Receiver users
