What happens after I update my Dexcom CGM app?
After the update, your high and low alert settings revert back to the following preset values:
- Low – 3.9 mmol/L Alert for "Low (Preset)"
- High – 14.0 mmol/L Alert for "High (Preset)"
If you would like to customize the alerts, you need to go to "Settings" in the Dexcom CGM app -> "Alerts" and reset the alert values to your desired thresholds.
