What if my smartphone is NOT compatible with Dexcom ONE?
Before upgrading your smart device or its operating system, check dexcom.com/compatibility. If your device is not compatible, you may not be able to download the Dexcom ONE app, or it may not work properly. Automatic updates of the app or your device operating system can change settings or shut down the app. Always update manually and verify correct device settings afterward.
