What if there is a problem with the sensor?

Dexcom should be contacted directly by the patient and not the pharmacy, specialist centre or GP practice. The patient should report any sensor issues on the day a problem is identified through the Dexcom Technical Support portal, which can be accessed online at: https://dexcom-intl.custhelp.com/app/support_request/. The patient should keep the displaced/faulty Dexcom ONE sensor in case it needs to be returned for investigation.
