When will Dexom ONE be removed from drug tariff?
The full removal of Dexcom ONE from drug tariff is planned for March 2026. The removal of the Dexcom ONE System Kit is the first step towards this and is being removed in June 2025. The components of the Dexcom ONE system (the single sensor/transmitter pack and 3 sensor pack) are still available on drug tariff.
Patients are being encouraged to transition to Dexcom ONE+ which offers additional features and benefits, including fewer components – there is no separate transmitter,*,1,2 a 60% smaller sensor size*,†,3 and a faster warm- up time of just 30 minutes.*,1,2
