The Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) is a licensed, standardized glucose report that provides a set of information and graphs about your diabetes management.

What is the AGP report?

Glucose Management Indicator (GMI) on Dexcom G7 approximates the laboratory A1C level expected based on average glucose measured using (CGM) values.

How do I get to Dexcom Clarity? 

Yes, Dexcom G6 is compatible with the Dexcom Clarity software. Patients will not need to register again, nor download a new Dexcom Clarity app, if they have an existing account.

Is Dexcom Clarity compatible with Dexcom G6?

Dexcom G7 1.9.0 and above introduce a new and improved look for in-app messages. These messages will keep you informed of important product updates, like when a new app update is available.

What are the new messages I’m seeing in the G7 app?

You must have a Dexcom account to use Dexcom Clarity. You must use the same Dexcom account for all your Dexcom devices.

When you manually log an insulin event from the History tab, you’ll see insulin data show up in the Clarity Card Insulin Summary.

What is found in the Clarity Card Insulin Summary?

If you upload your Dexcom receiver to your personal Dexcom Clarity account, you can share your data with your clinic. You will need to accept a sharing invitation from your clinic to begin sharing.

Dexcom Clarity provides recently available CGM information from the Dexcom CGM app or receiver. Use the current information on the CGM app or receiver for treatment decisions.

Why is my data not up to the minute in Dexcom Clarity?

When the low utilization filter is applied, days with less than 50% CGM data capture will display.

What is a low utilization day?

All data uploaded to Dexcom Clarity will remain accessible as long as the product is available for use. 

How far back can I access my data in Dexcom Clarity?

Your clinic uses their Dexcom Clarity clinic account to invite you to share data with them. The invitation includes a sharing code that you enter in Settings of your Dexcom Clarity account or app.

How do I set up data sharing with my clinic?

As part of the Dexcom G7 2.5 app update, you can now easily share your data with your healthcare team through the Dexcom G7 App.

How do I share my Clarity data with my doctor using the Dexcom G7 or Dexcom Clarity app?

Use Settings to customize data display and sharing. Changes only apply to Dexcom Clarity and do not change any settings on your Dexcom CGM system.

Yes, Dexcom Clarity software is compatible with all Dexcom CGM Systems.

For every release, a notification banner is posted at the top of the Dexcom Clarity on the day of the release. Follow the banner’s link to read the release notes.

How do I know when Dexcom Clarity has been updated?

Daily statistics are calculated CGM values for the individual day of the week over the date range selected. Learn more.

How are the Daily and Hourly Statistics calculated?

Yes. Dexcom Clarity has the option to export data as a CSV file viewable in Excel Visit Clarity and click the export icon from any Reports page.

Can I export raw data?

Go to the Dexcom Clarity app and follow these steps in order to share diabetes data with your clinic.

The new Clarity Card Insulin Summary is available in Dexcom G7 1.9.0 and above for iOS and Android.
