Our partnered charities
Dexcom is partnered with leading diabetes organisations, such as Diabetes UK, Breakthrough T1DTM, the Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation (DRWF), and DigiBete, to help support them with initiatives that support people living with diabetes.
Diabetes UK
Diabetes UK is the UK’s leading charitable funder of diabetes research in the UK, campaigns for improvements in the care and treatment for people living with all types of diabetes or those at risk of type 2 diabetes, provides expert support for all people affected by diabetes and shares knowledge through an extensive healthcare professional network.
Breakthrough T1DTM
Formerly known as JDRF, the charity is dedicated to helping people with diabetes. Breakthrough T1DTM funds research to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes. We work with government, academia and industry to accelerate research and healthcare policy in the UK. And we give support and a voice to people with type 1 and their families. Join us in creating a world without type 1 diabetes.
DRWF
The Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation provides information and support, while funding diabetes research to better understand the causes, prevention and treatments for type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
DigiBete
DigiBete is a social enterprise funded by the National Health Service (NHS). It provides a video platform and app to help young people, families and communities to manage type 1 diabetes.
Join Dexcom Warriors and events
Dexcom Warriors are a group of everyday heroes who juggle their diabetes amongst everyday life.
It’s a community who come together to share stories, show support and spread a message of strength to other individuals and families. And it’s a community that we’re fiercely proud of.
“As a Dexcom Warrior, I created a custom CGM patch for the World Diabetes Day #SeeDiabetes campaign. It had a flower pattern design as a symbol of joy and growth. I wanted it to be as colourful and bright as possible to encourage the idea of wearing your Dexcom sensor with pride.”
