What do I do if my Dexcom G6 / Dexcom ONE applicator won't come off?
If the Dexcom applicator gets stuck, don't panic. Simply remove the applicator and sensor following these instructions:
- Gently peel off adhesive patch with applicator attached
- Check insertion site to make sure the sensor is not left in the skin
- Do not reuse applicator
- If you are unable to remove the applicator or you think the sensor filament has been retained in your body contact Dexcom Technical Support for guidance.
