Can I download the app whilst travelling?
You can download the app while traveling since the download is tied to your App Store or Google account's country settings, which don't change when you travel.
If you use Dexcom G7. It is important to follow the guidance below, before travelling.
Before you go outside of your Dexcom country of residence make sure you have updated your G7 app to the latest version, and are logged in.

Version 2.6 and above have a trusted user feature. This means if you have successfully logged in to the G7 app, version 2.6 or above whilst in your Dexcom country of residence, you will be able to uninstall, reinstall or install the app on a new device, when travelling outside of your Dexcom country of residence.
Make sure you know your username and password, as you must log in with these details for the trusted user feature to work. If you are not using version 2.6 or above and have an issue when travelling, please contact technical support for assistance.
