What should I do if my Dexcom ONE+ app is showing a Connection Interrupted error?
To scan your pen: Find the screen end of your pen.
Once you start pairing or transferring doses: Hold the pen screen flat against the very top of your phone, then move your pen slowly from left to right to find the connection spot.
Tips for successful scanning
1. If your phone has a case, remove it.
2. Confirm that the dose counter on your pen is at 0.
3. Make sure there are no other NFC devices near your phone that could compete with your NovoPen. Near Field Communication (NFC) technology lets your phone and NovoPen exchange info wirelessly when they’re close together.
4. Once scanning starts, keep your pen still. (If your log is full it may take more than 10 seconds to transfer all data.)
5. To keep the pen in contact with your phone, put the phone on a flat surface and stand the pen on top of it.
