The Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) is a licensed, standardized glucose report created by the International Diabetes Center (IDC).

If you upload your receiver to the Clarity home user account, you can share your home user account data with your health care provider. Your clinic will need to give you a sharing invitation via email or printed invitation to initiate sharing.

How can I share my data using a Dexcom Receiver?

Clinics can easily send email invitations to patients. All you have to do is accept the email invitation by entering the code provided in the invite from your physician or clinic.

Login issues can be caused by having the incorrect country or region selected in your smartphone settings. Within smartphone settings, set the Region (iOS) and Language/Region (Android) to match your Dexcom account then, reinstall the Dexcom Clarity app and try again. Why do I see &quot;username or password are incorrect&quot; when I try to log into the Dexcom Clarity app on my smartphone? 

Go to https://clarity.dexcom.jp from an internet browser with internet connection. Review Clarity&#x27;s list of computer and internet requirements if needed.

How do I get to Dexcom Clarity?

If you use a receiver, you log in to Clarity from a computer, connect your receiver, then follow Clarity&#x27;s Upload Instructions.

How do I access past data from Dexcom STUDIO?

It is possible to use both a smart device and a receiver to provide CGM data. The smart device system streams data to the Clarity server, where that data is made available for reports after three hours. 

Can I use both a receiver and smart device with Dexcom Clarity?

In Dexcom Clarity, use the Settings page to customize data display and sharing. Changes only apply to Dexcom Clarity and do not change any settings on your Dexcom CGM system.

How can I customize Dexcom Clarity?

All data uploaded into Dexcom Clarity will remain accessible as long as the product is available for use. Please note that upon logging in to Clarity for the first time, Clarity may show limited data depending on when the account was created. 

How far back can I access my data?

Time in Range is the percentage of time that glucose levels are in low, target and high ranges. Dexcom Clarity displays time in range from both daytime and nighttime ranges.
