Let’s activate your Dexcom G7!
Follow these instructions to activate your Dexcom G7 and apply your sensor.
1. Download and install the Dexcom G7 app.
Download or search “Dexcom G7” within the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store with a compatible mobile device.*
2. Create your Dexcom account
Once you’ve launched the app, it will ask you to set up your Dexcom account. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you initially requested a G7 sample.
3. Apply your sensor

Patients must have a compatible iOS® or Android smart device as part of this evaluation experience. To view a list of compatible devices, visit https://www.dexcom.com/compatibility.
The Dexcom G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (“CGM”) System (“Dexcom G7”) is provided for the sole purpose of allowing a healthcare provider and patient to observe and evaluate the patient experience, including the ease of use, safety, and efficacy of the Dexcom G7 and to determine whether the Dexcom G7 is right for the patient. This sample includes one (1) Dexcom G7 sensor.
This sample contains a medical supply for which a prescription is required. This sample may only be used at the direction of a licensed prescriber.
