Do I need a Dexcom account to access Dexcom Clarity?

The percentage of time that glucose levels are in low, target, and high ranges. The following are recommended ranges from an international consensus. Dexcom CLARITY ranges may be different than Dexcom CGM alerts. Changes made in Dexcom CLARITY apply only to Dexcom CLARITY.

This screen means you recently entered a calibration blood glucose value and the sensor is having trouble calibrating. Follow the directions on the screen to enter a fingerstick reading in 15 minutes to restore readings.

What does &#x27;Calibration error&#x27; mean?

Who should I contact if I have questions regarding Dexcom Clarity?

If you upload your receiver to the CLARITY home user account, you can share your home user account data with your health care provider. Your clinic will need to give you a sharing invitation via email or printed invitation to initiate sharing.

How can I share my data using a Dexcom Receiver?

Any event that is entered into your CGM will show up on Dexcom CLARITY graphs when your data is updated from your Dexcom Mobile CGM System or you upload your receiver to Clarity.

Will events entered into my CGM receiver show up in Dexcom Clarity?

This icon means the transmitter and the sensor are not communicating. Make sure your transmitter is properly stored in the sensor pod. If the icon does not go away within 3 hours, contact your local distributor for assistance.

What does the hour glass icon mean?

If you have irritated or sensitive skin please work with your healthcare professional (HCP).

How to avoid irritated/sensitive skin from sensor adhesive?

Yes, G6 does work with Clarity. Patients will not need to register again.

Will Dexcom Clarity work with G6?

All data uploaded to Dexcom Clarity will remain accessible as long as the product is available for use. When logging in to Dexcom Clarity for the first time, there will be limited data depending on when the account was created. Going forward, data will continue to build as it is uploaded to Dexcom Clarity.

How far back can I access my data in Dexcom Clarity?

This icon means you need to enter a calibration and will appear when it is time for your 12-hour calibration update, or any other time an additional calibration is needed.

What does the blood drop icon mean?

Under the Devices section of the Dexcom CLARITY Overview page you will find the alert settings and last upload for the device. These settings are for your reference and are separate from Dexcom CLARITY settings.

Does Dexcom Clarity have information about my receiver or smart device?

Clinics can easily send email invitations to patients. All you have to do is accept the email invitation by entering the code provided in the invite from your physician or clinic. Then you will be linked to your physician&#x27;s office.

How can I share information with my doctor?

The transmitter battery is low and needs to be replaced. When you receive this message, your transmitter may drain as quickly as one week. If you do not already have a transmitter, you need to order a new one.

What does the Transmitter Low Battery alert mean?

For every release, a notification banner is posted at the top of the Dexcom Clarity on the day of the release. Follow the banner&#x27;s link to read the release notes. If the Uploader software is updated, the notification banner posts 2 weeks before the release.

How do I know when Dexcom Clarity has been updated?

This means that your sensor is no longer working. Remove the failed sensor and replace with a new one.

What do I do when I get the Sensor Failed message?

Daily statistics are calculated values for the individual day of the week over the date range selected. For example, if the date range is for 14 days, all the CGM values collected on the two Mondays would be used in the Monday calculations. 

How are the Daily and Hourly Statistics calculated?

If you use a receiver, you log in to Clarity from a computer, connect your receiver, then follow the Clarity Upload Instructions. The data stored on your receiver will appear instantly.

How does Dexcom Clarity get my data?

The Stop Sensor option is not available because the sensor has not been started. When you are in a sensor session, Stop Sensor will be available. Once you have stopped a sensor session, you will have the option to start a new sensor session.

Why is the Stop Sensor option disabled?

Where can I get more information about Dexcom and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

Where can I obtain a printed version of the Dexcom Clarity user guide?

It is possible to use both a smart device and a receiver to provide CGM data. The smart device system streams data to the Clarity server, where that data is made available for reports after three hours.

Can I use both a receiver and smart device with Dexcom Clarity?

Yes. Dexcom CLARITY has the option to export data as a CSV file viewable in Excel.

Can I export raw data?

The Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) is a licensed, standardised glucose report created by the International Diabetes Center (IDC). AGP provides a big picture view of your diabetes management and is only one part of understanding your glucose patterns.

What is the AGP Report?

Login issues can be caused by having the incorrect country or region selected in your smartphone settings. Within smartphone settings, set the Region (iOS) and Language/Region (Android) to match your Dexcom account then, reinstall the Dexcom Clarity app and try again. Please contact your local Dexcom if you need further assistance.

Why do I see  &#x27;username or password are incorrect&#x27; when I try to log into the Dexcom Clarity app on my smartphone?

Your clinic uses their Dexcom Clarity clinic account to invite you to share data with them on an ongoing basis. The invitation includes a sharing code that you enter in your Dexcom Clarity account on the Settings page. You can also accept the Sharing Code using the Dexcom Clarity app.

How do I share data with my clinic?

What are the computer and software requirements for Dexcom Clarity?

At this time, there is no mechanism to import the data from Dexcom STUDIO into Dexcom Clarity. Data stored in Dexcom STUDIO will continue to be viewable within Dexcom STUDIO.

 How do I access past data from Dexcom STUDIO?

When the low utilisation filter is applied, days with less than 50% CGM data capture will display.
