To upgrade to the new Follow app, download the Dexcom Follow app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for Android devices.
What happens to my data when I move to the new Follow app?
When you log in to the new Follow app with your Dexcom account, any existing sharers (where invitations were sent to the same email address as your login email) will be automatically matched, and data will populate within approximately 1 minute.
Will my existing Follow app continue to be supported?
