How can I tell if I am in Direct to Watch Mode or Standard Smartwatch mode?

In Standard Smartwatch mode, there is no direct connection between the Dexcom G7 sensor and the smartwatch, so users must keep their smartphone within 6 meters to receive glucose readings on their smartwatch.
There will be a gray phone icon in the upper right of the watch app when Standard Smartwatch mode is set up.
