How do I redeem my sample voucher at my pharmacy?

This is a multi-use, payer of last resort card that will pay the remaining cost of the patient's first Dexcom G7 sensor.* Once it has been redeemed or expired, the same card then automatically converts to cover up to 20% of out-of-pocket costs for future Dexcom G7 sensors.* Please retain information in the patient’s profile saved as the last payer and return this card to the patient.

- If not auto-populated by the pharmacy software as per the patient's insurance plan, please refer to the Dexcom G7 PIN chart here to input the correct PIN.

Dexcom G7 sensors may be sold without a prescription (“cash purchase”) in Canada. The use of the Dexcom Savings Program card is permitted. When processing this purchase in pharmacy software, the pharmacist may be required to insert their name in the prescriber field for processing purposes.
