Dexcom G7 sensor replacements can be picked up at any pharmacy in Canada, when and where it’s convenient for you. Follow the steps below to get your replacement in pharmacy:
- Contact Dexcom Technical Support at 1-844-832-1810 (Option 3) or submit a Product Support Request here to report your sensor issue.
- An agent will assess your issue and authorize a replacement according to Dexcom's Sensor Replacement Policy. If successful, a sensor replacement voucher will be emailed to you for redemption at a pharmacy of your choice.
- Present the voucher from your email to the pharmacy team and receive your replacement sensor. We suggest calling your selected pharmacy in advance to confirm G7 sensors are in stock.
Will I have to pay for my sensor replacement?
An out of pocket expense could be incurred depending on the pharmacy that you choose to obtain your replacement from.
