How do I log in Dexcom Clarity?
If you are currently using Dexcom G6 or G7 with your compatible smartphone*, then you have already created a Dexcom account and can use this to log in to Dexcom Clarity. Be sure not to create a new or duplicate account. If you are unsure if you have an account, try to recover the login credentials, or reset your password if needed from the Dexcom apps or at clarity.dexcom.eu/.
If you use Dexcom G6 or G7 only with a receiver, you can create a new Clarity account at clarity.dexcom.eu to upload your data.
If you are having trouble logging in with your login credentials, you can reset your username and/or password here or contact 24/7 Technical Support at 1-844-832-1810 (option 3).
