Download the Dexcom G7 app from the App Store or Google Play store to your compatible smart device.* Follow the onscreen instructions, including watching the in-app training videos in full.
Please note that the Dexcom G7 app can only be downloaded if you are located in the country of purchase – UK or Ireland. If you are travelling abroad, please make sure you download the app before you go. If you uninstall and try to reinstall the app whilst outside the country of purchase, the download will not work.

If you ordered your supplies through this website, you can log in with the same Dexcom account details (email and password).
If you received funding for your Dexcom G7 and don’t yet have a Dexcom account, set one up in the app using the in-app instructions.
