Why can&#x27;t I adjust my target range in the G7 Clarity Card for time in range settings?

Any event that is entered into your CGM will show up on Dexcom CLARITY graphs when your data is updated from your Dexcom G6 or you upload your receiver data to CLARITY. 

Will events entered into my CGM receiver show up in Dexcom CLARITY?

If you use a receiver, you log in to CLARITY from a computer, connect your receiver, then follow CLARITY&#x27;s Upload Instructions. The data stored on your receiver will appear instantly.

How does Dexcom CLARITY get my data?

Time in Range in diabetes is the percentage of time that glucose levels are in low, target, and high ranges. Work with your healthcare provider to determine your target range.

How are ranges defined for Time in Range?

When the low utilization filter is applied, days with less than 50% CGM data capture will display.

What is a low utilization day?

It is possible to use both a smart device and a receiver to provide CGM data. The smart device system streams data to the CLARITY server, where that data is made available for reports after three hours. 

Can I use both a receiver and smart device with Dexcom CLARITY?

All data uploaded into Dexcom CLARITY will remain accessible as long as the product is available for use.

How far back can I access my data?

Daily statistics are calculated values for the individual day of the week over the date range selected. 

How are the Daily and Hourly Statistics calculated?

Check Dexcom&#x27;s compatibility chart before updating your smart device or mobile operating system (OS). Dexcom tests its apps for compatibility on new OS versions after they&#x27;re released.

If I update my device&#x27;s operating system will it still be compatible with Dexcom apps?

How do I know when Dexcom CLARITY has been updated?

Login issues can be caused by having the incorrect country or region selected in your smartphone settings.
